Josh Proctor is an experienced civil litigation attorney who has tried approximately 40 jury trials with great success. His practice focuses on the defense of insurance companies and their insureds.  He has defended clients in first and third party cases, insurance fraud investigation and insurance coverage issues. Josh has also represented clients in various business and commercial litigation matters.

Josh has been named to Colorado Super Lawyers since 2019 and was honored by Law Week Colorado as one of its Lawyers of the Year in 2010. Josh was elected to membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates based upon his trial experience and reputation for civility, integrity, and professionalism.

Josh is a former college athlete and enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids at sports events, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
