Rachael Gessert
Associate

Rachael is graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law.  While in law school, she worked as a student attorney with the American Indian Law Clinic and the Maya Land Rights and Development Project, supporting local and international Indigenous-led advocacy organizations.  Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal for a small plaintiff’s firm in Boulder.  A lifelong Coloradan, Rachael earned an undergraduate degree in history from CU Boulder and served as the executive editor of her department’s undergraduate research journal. 

 

Rachael's practice focuses on the defense of individuals and entities in personal injury and insurance matters.  

 

In addition to providing client-centered advocacy, she is also passionate about cooking, genre-fiction, art, and visual art.
