Patrick Delaney

Patrick Delaney was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2008 and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2013. During law school, he interned at the Spokane County Public Defender’s office, providing representation to individuals unable to afford legal counsel.

 

After graduating from law school, Patrick moved to Denver, Colorado where he was admitted to the bar in November of 2013.  He began his legal career at a large plaintiffs’ personal injury firm in Aurora, Colorado. There, he resolved hundreds of personal injury cases including third-party extra-contractual, first-party contractual, first-party bad faith, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. His experience includes numerous jury trials concerning complex third-party and first-party cases.

 

Patrick’s practice is now devoted to insurance defense litigation. He prides himself on having a strong work ethic, detailed preparation, and results-driven performance. He is passionate about providing his clients with effective and efficient representation.

 

Patrick is admitted to practice in Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. His professional affiliations include the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association (CDLA) and Colorado Bar Association (CBA). He has trained at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), completing the Trial Skills – Rocky Mountain Program in 2016.  

 

In his free time, Patrick enjoys weightlifting, woodworking, and quality time with his wife and cats. While he maintains strong connections with friends and family in Pennsylvania, he is proud to call Colorado home.
