Our representation of insurance clients involves pre-litigation investigation and analysis; insurance coverage analysis and disputes; arbitrations; mediations/settlement conferences; trials and appeals.  As trial-tested lawyers, we are often called by our clients in the weeks or months before trial to enter our appearance and defend a case at trial.  We have also regularly and successfully argued appellate issues before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. We have an 89% success rate at trial. We have the same success in defending our verdicts when they are appealed.
